Summer Community Walk & Social (Troy)
REGISTER FOR WALK
Celebrate the peak of summer with a community walk through the neighborhood to Prospect Park. Discover the hidden gem that is the Garnet Douglass Baltimore Trail tucked away in Troy, NY.
We will meet at the Liberty Square Mobility Hub (@ 4th & Liberty in Troy) and stop to discuss some notable infrastructure on our way to the Garnet Douglass Baltimore Trailhead.
Enjoy a guided ramble through the woods up the trail to Prospect Park, where we will loop back down to Little Italy & end the night at Jo's Joint for a celebration of your support!
Meet at the Liberty Square Mobility Hub at 6 PM. Wear comfortable footwear and bring water, sunscreen and a hat or other sun covering, as needed.
Can't make the walk? No problem! Come join us at Jo's Joint after 7 PM where we will be enjoying the company of our community and showing appreciation for our supporters.

NYS Safe Streets Coalition Lobby Day
Join the New York Safe Streets Coalition May 13th Lobby Day! Families for Safe Streets, Transportation Alternatives, and other organizations from across New York City and New York State will be taking on Albany together and showing that we are a powerful force to contend with. But we need YOU to join us. This is our chance to talk directly with state legislators, tell them our stories, and make a real impact for safe streets.
We have the tools to cure the traffic violence crisis, but we need bold action from our lawmakers, and we need you to deliver that message.
We will meet with elected officials to discuss the SAFE Streets package.
Earth Day Trail Clean Up Meet-up @ Corning Preserve in Albany (4-7PM)
We are collaborating with some of our wonderful fellow cycling organizations throughout the Capital District (Body Liberation Biking Club, Troy Social Cycling, Albany Social Cycling, Saratoga Social Cycling, Bikeatoga & Troy Bike Rescue) as well as PTNY to get together and clean up our bike paths!
Trash bags will be provided! Just bring your bike, some friends, and some water to whichever ride you’d like to join, and let’s get together to help Mother Earth!
