Community Walk & Talk (Albany)

For the next in our series of Community Walk & Talks we’ve partnered with Metroland and First Friday Albany to present this June 5th (First Friday of June!) walk in Albany.

Join us for a walking conversation about historical connectivity, equity and infrastructure (or lack thereof) in the neighborhood led by our Planner, Kyle Hatch featuring insight from our friends at the Underground Railroad Education Center and a visit to Habitat for Humanity Capital District’s transformative Sheridan Hollow project.

Discover unseen aspects of our community and connect with your neighbors.

We will meet at the Soldiers & Sailors Monument at 6 PM and end at The Eleven on Lark St around 8 PM to let the good times roll.

Bring a friend and you don’t have to be an Albany resident to attend! Walk is free to join but we do ask that you please register.

This walk series is made possible by the generous support and sponsorship of CDTA, Labella Associates, Stantec and CDPHP.
